§ 72.07 RIGHT-OF-WAY AT INTERSECTIONS.
   (A)   Yield right-of-way. When two vehicles approach or enter an intersection from different roadways at approximately the same time, the driver of the vehicle on the left must yield the right-of-way to the vehicle on the right.
   (B)   T-intersections. The driver of a vehicle approaching the intersection of a highway from a highway which terminates at the intersection, not otherwise regulated by this title or controlled by traffic control signs or signals, shall stop, yield, and grant the privilege of immediate use of the intersection to another vehicle which has entered the intersection from the non-terminating highway or is approaching the intersection on a non-terminating highway in such proximity as to constitute a hazard, and after stopping may proceed when the driver may safely enter the intersection without interference or collision with the traffic using the non-terminating highway.
   (C)   Turning left. The driver of a vehicle intending to turn to the left within an intersection or into an alley, private road, or driveway shall yield the right-of-way to any vehicle approaching from the opposite direction which is so close as to constitute an immediate hazard, but said driver, having so yielded may proceed at such time as a safe interval occurs.
