(A) All employees shall be entitled to be paid for ten sick days for each calendar year.
(B) Each employee shall be entitled unlimited accumulation of sick days not used.
(C) Any employee who is absent from work over three consecutive working days shall be required to secure from a physician written verification of their illness before the city shall make payment for sick days.
