§ 155.279 JUDICIAL REVIEW.
   Review is provided for under 65 ILCS 5/11-13-13, which states all final administrative decisions of the Board of Appeals under 65 ILCS 5/11-13-13 shall be subject to judicial review pursuant to the provisions of 735 ILCS 5/3-101 et seq., the Administrative Review Law, which is defined as being a person, body of persons, group, officers, board, bureau, commission or department (other than a court, judge or magistrate) of the state, or of any political subdivision thereof or municipal corporation therein, having power under law to make administrative decisions, which, in the case of this code, means the City Council.
