§ 155.276 APPLICATIONS AND APPEALS.
   (A)   Applications to the Board should be accompanied by a fee to defray the cost of publishing the notice of public hearing in a newspaper or posting such a notice. Such application shall be submitted to the Zoning Administrator, who acts as the Board’s Secretary.
   (B)   A reasonable time for the hearing shall be fixed and it is recommended that 15-days’ notice of time and place of such hearing be given a newspaper or posted within the city in accordance with the state statutes.
