§ 155.275 ESTABLISHED.
   (A)   The Board of Appeals is herewith created, with members appointed by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the City Council. Such appointments shall be made in accordance with 65 ILCS 5/11-13-1 et seq., Illinois Municipal Code, which is as follows: the Board of Appeals shall consist of seven members to serve respectively for a term of five years.
   (B)   The members appointed to the Board of Appeals shall be one from each of the four wards existing within the city limits, with the remaining three appointed members to be from the city at large, and with one of the city at large members to be designated as Chairperson of the Board of Appeals at the time of the appointment. Their successors to be so appointed to the succeeding five-year terms on the Board.
   (C)   At least two members of the Board of Appeals shall also be members of the City Plan Commission. This will allow the two bodies to function more efficiently and allow the free flow of information between the two.
   (D)   Rules and procedures for the Board of Appeals are to be those found in 65 ILCS 5/11-13-3, which are hereby incorporated by reference and made a part hereof.
