92.13 CUSTOMER DEPOSITS.

A deposit in an amount set by resolution of the Council is required for all tenants. Upon discontinuance or disconnection of the water service, such deposit shall be applied to any outstanding bill and the balance returned to the customer within 45 days of the discontinuance or disconnection, without interest.
