Where a court of proper jurisdiction holds an individual provision(s) or part(s) of a provision(s) of this chapter conflicts with or is superseded by applicable federal or state law, remaining provisions, or parts thereof, not found to be conflicting shall continue to be interpreted as controlling law and be enforceable.
