§ 51.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purposes of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   LETTER OF CREDIT. An instrument issued pursuant and subject to The Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits, 2007 Revision, ICC Publication No. 600, as may be revised from time to time, which automatically renews from year to year unless written notice is given to the beneficiary by personal delivery during usual business hours or by recognized overnight carrier at least 90 days in advance of its stated expiration date that it will not be renewed and which is subject to partial drafts by the beneficiary.
   OFFENDER. A person who has violated the terms of this chapter.
   PERSON. Means and includes, without limitation, individuals, corporations of any kind, partnerships of any kind, limited liability companies of any kind, companies of any kind, associations of any kind, joint stock companies, bodies-politic, societies of any kind, communities of any kind, and the public generally.
   PUBLICLY OWNED TREATMENT WORKS (POTW). The system which collects the wastewater from the building, conveys the wastewater to the treatment facility and the facility that treats the wastewater including all appurtenances thereto.
   USER. Both the owner and/or the occupant of the property on which a building is located.
