(A) Any member of Fiscal Court who violates § 33.01(A), if convicted, shall be fined not less than $500 nor more than $5,000 for each offense.
(B) Any officer who violates § 33.01(B) or (C), if convicted, shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $200, or imprisoned in the county jail for not less than 10 nor more than 40 days, or both, and shall forfeit his or her office.
(D) Any member of the Fiscal Court who violates § 33.01(D) shall be charged with neglect of office and upon conviction shall forfeit his or her office.
(E) Any official who violates § 33.01(E), if convicted, shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $1,000, and the judgment of conviction shall declare the office held by that person vacant.
(F) Any public servant who violates § 33.01(F), if convicted, shall be guilty of a Class D felony as defined in the Kentucky Revised Statutes, and the judgment of conviction shall recite that the offender is disqualified to hold any public offices thereafter.
(G) Any public servant who violates § 33.01(G), if convicted, shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $1,000.
(H) Any official named in § 33.02(H) who violates that division (H), if convicted, shall be fined a sum twice the amount purchased or speculated in by him or her.
(I) Any official named in § 33.01(I) who violates that division (I), if convicted, shall be fined not less than $500 and not more than $2,000 for each offense.
(J) Any county road engineer who violates § 33.01(L), if convicted, shall be subject to a fine up to $100.
(K) Any public servant who violates § 33.01(M) and (R), if convicted, shall be guilty of a Class D felony as defined in the Kentucky Revised Statutes.
(L) Any public servant who violates § 33.01(N), if convicted, shall forfeit his or her office and be disqualified from the right of suffrage for 10 years.
(M) Any public servant who violates § 33.01(O) and (Q), if convicted, shall be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor as defined in the Kentucky Revised Statutes.
(N) Any public servant who violates § 33.01(P) and (Q), if convicted, shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor as defined in Kentucky Revised Statutes.
(O) Any public servant who violates § 33.01(S) and (T), if convicted, shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $200 and, in the case of division (T), a refund of twice the fair market value of the use of time, funds, personnel, equipment or other personal or real property for private gain.
(P) Any official named in § 33.01(W) who violates that division, if convicted, shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $200, and the judgment of conviction shall declare the office held by that person vacant.
