(A) From time to time, the Jessamine County Fiscal Court may by resolution or order promulgate such rules and regulations and may publish and utilize such forms and other documents as in its discretion may be necessary for the proper implementation of this chapter.
(B) If any section of this chapter, including but not limited to, any section, division, sentence, clause, phrase, or any other portion of this chapter, is declared illegal or unconstitutional, or otherwise invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such declaration shall not affect the remaining portions hereof.
(C) Effective date of chapter provisions. This chapter shall take effect immediately after its passage and publications as required by law.
