§ 91.16 DESIGNATED CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER.

Any member or members of the Jessamine County Fire District who are appointed deputy fire marshals by the State Fire Marshal pursuant to KRS 227.230 and 227.210 shall be designated as local enforcement agents for the Standards of Safety with authority of a deputy state fire marshal, as set forth in KRS Chapter 227.
