The Kentucky Standards of Safety (Fire Prevention Code) as promulgated in 815 KAR 10:040 by the Commissioner of the Department of Housing, Building and Construction on the advice and recommendation of the State Fire Marshal, is hereby adopted in full as an ordinance of Jessamine County of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Copies of the Code Book are available through the Department of Housing, Building and Construction, 1047 U.S. 127 South, Frankfort, Kentucky 40601.
