§ 156.122 STOP WORK ORDERS.

Persons receiving a SWO will be required to halt all construction activities other than correction of the NOV. This "stop work order" will be in effect until the Planning Commission staff confirms that the development activity is in compliance with this chapter and/or SWMPL and the violation has been satisfactorily addressed.
