§ 156.102 DEDICATION FOR MAINTENANCE.

The JCFC, in lieu of a maintenance easement, agreement and maintenance covenant, may accept dedication of any existing or future SWMPR for maintenance, provided such facility meets all the requirements of this chapter and the SWMPL and includes adequate and perpetual access and sufficient area, by easement or dedication, for inspection and regular maintenance.
