All applicants are required to submit actual "as-built" plans for any SWMPRs after final construction is completed. The plan must show the final design specifications for all SWMPRs and must be certified by a professional engineer. A final inspection by the Planning Commission staff and recommendation to JCFC is required before the release of any performance securities by JCFC can occur.
