§ 156.023 APPLICATION PROCEDURE.
   (A)   Applications for permits must be filed with the Planning Commission on any regular business day.
   (B)   Permit applications shall include the following: 2 copies of the SWMPL, 2 copies of the maintenance agreement, and any required review fees.
   (C)   Within 21 business days of the receipt of a complete permit application, including all documents as required by this chapter, the Planning Commission staff shall inform the applicant whether the application, plan, and maintenance agreement are approved or disapproved.
   (D)   If the permit application, SWMPL, or maintenance agreement are disapproved, the applicant may revise and resubmit the document. If additional information is submitted, the Planning Commission staff shall have 21 business days from the date the additional information is received to inform the applicant that the plan and maintenance agreement are either approved or disapproved.
   (E)   If the permit application, final SWMPL, and maintenance agreement are approved by the Planning Commission staff, all appropriate permits shall be issued.
