§ 33.16 DEFINITIONS.

   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

   FINANCIAL INTEREST. An economic interest in the form of stocks, bonds, realty, equity or credit or interests in a corporation, proprietorship or partnership or otherwise.
