§ 33.15 PERSONS SUBJECT TO FINANCIAL DISCLOSURE.

The following persons are subject to financial disclosure: County Judge/Executive, Justice of the Peace (Magistrate), Sheriff, Jailer, Coroner, Surveyor, County Attorney, County Clerk and County Treasurer and all candidates for those offices. This provision shall also apply to a person appointed to a vacancy in an unexpired term of any office mentioned.
