(A) Performance bonds or letters of credit. The JSEWD may decline to reissue a permit to any user which has failed to comply with the provisions of this chapter or any order or previous permit issued hereunder unless the user first files with it a satisfactory bond or letter of credit payable to JSEWD in a sum not to exceed a value determined by the JSEWD, in its sole and unfettered discretion, to be necessary to achieve consistent compliance. The JSEWD may determine in its sole and unfettered discretion whether the user posted a performance bond or a letter of credit.
(B) Liability insurance. The JSEWD may decline to reissue a permit to any user which has failed to comply with the provisions of this chapter or any order or previous permit issued hereunder, unless the user first submits proof that it has obtained financial assurances sufficient to restore or repair POTW damage caused by its discharge.
(C) Termination of water service. The JSEWD may take all necessary steps to terminate the water service of any person who violates any provision of this chapter.
