Any map, plat or any depiction of location of residential, commercial and industrial structures shall be designated as "Emergency Services Map for Enhanced-911." All the emergency services maps for Enhanced-911 shall have the following disclaimer printed on the maps, as follows:
This map is limited for use solely as emergency services map for Enhanced-911 to show location of and access to residential, commercial and industrial structures in Jessamine County, Kentucky. This IS NOT a county road, state highway, private road or easement map. The legal status of any public or private access to any property in Jessamine County, Kentucky is not changed, altered or affected in any manner by this emergency services map for Enhanced-911.
