§ 34.01 AUTHORIZED PARTIES.

The county hereby authorizes the following parties and individuals to invest the county funds, pursuant to the terms and conditions of this chapter: County Judge Executive and County Treasurer, or a member of the Fiscal Court if either cannot serve for any reason.
