The County Judge/Executive or his or her duly authorized agent is hereby authorized to negotiate with residents along streets or roads bearing duplicate or confusing similar names in the county and to direct the change of the names of the roads or streets to eliminate the duplication in accordance with all applicable law, including KRS 179.330, if applicable.
