Permanent concrete monuments 36 inches in length, all or most of which is to be set in the ground, and 4 inches square or round in cross-section, shall be set at all corners of the plat. The top of the monument shall have a 1/2-inch dowel or an indented cross to properly identify the location. At least 2 of these monuments shall be described on the final subdivision plat, each in relation to preferably a section corner of the Coordinate System of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, or triangulation points with the city or county and in accordance with the requirements of the authorized engineer or agent.
