For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
COUNTY. Jessamine County, Kentucky, including the Cities of Nicholasville and Wilmore.
DIRECTORSHIP. DIRECTORSHIP of the planning, mapping, access name and structure numbering of the addressing system used in the county, for the purpose of providing Enhanced-911 services, shall be vested in the person or persons designated by the County Fiscal Court.
IDENTIFICATION OF ACCESS TO RESIDENTIAL, COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL STRUCTURES. Includes the access name and numbers of the location of the structure (public and private) as authorized by the County Fiscal Court or its agent or employee. ACCESS as used in this subchapter shall include public or private highways, streets, roads, passways, easements, lanes, ways, streams or any other means of access for emergency services to residential, commercial and industrial structures in the county.
PERSON. Any individual, corporation, partnership, private institution, limited liability company, group, agency, representative, agent or agency thereof.
