Any subdivider who proposes to develop a subdivision in the area of jurisdiction of this chapter as described in § 153.003 shall submit plans and documentation with his or her application as provided in this subchapter.

(A) General requirements. The following general requirements are applicable to both the preliminary layout and subdivision plat submittals:
(1) They shall be clearly and legibly drawn or produced in black waterproof medium on transparent linen tracing cloth, other approved stable base permanent transparent material or blue line copies, at the specified scale;
(2) Drawings, except those on U.S.G.S. maps, shall be submitted on uniform size sheets, 24 inches by 36 inches or 18 inches by 24 inches. When more than 1 sheet is required to show the subdivision plat, an index of the same size shall be submitted;
(3) An identifying title block in the lower right-hand corner of the subdivision plat shall contain the following 7 points of information:
(a) Indicate major, minor or consolidation plat;
(b) Name of subdivision, and if located in the incorporated area, followed by the name Wilmore and by the county name; and
(c) Name and address of the record owners and source of title and the subdivider.
(4) The plat shall also contain:
(a) Name, address and signature of the licensed engineer or land surveyor responsible for the plat. Additionally, the seal or stamp of the licensed engineer or land surveyor is required on the final plat;
(b) Acreage to 1/100 acre of land proposed for subdivision;
(c) The date;
(d) A graphic scale; and
(e) Approximate true north pointer.
