§ 31.09 PROPRIETARY INTEREST IN AND TO DATA AND INFORMATION.
   The County Fiscal Court shall be the exclusive owner of all data and information supplied to the County Fiscal Court in connection with the establishment and operation of an E-911 emergency telephone system in the county, and the County Fiscal Court shall be the exclusive owner of all data and information generated by the E-911 emergency telephone system in the county, unless otherwise contracted with other agencies to share the information.
