§ 31.07 COUNTY BUDGET.
   (A)   All revenues received shall be accounted for in the annual Fiscal Court budget and shall be subject to audit.
   (B)   The net Enhanced-911 fees received by the county from the phone company shall be paid to the Fiscal Court. These funds shall only be used for the establishment, maintenance and operation of Enhanced-911 services.
