Should any of these regulations conflict or be inconsistent with any provision of city, county or state law, the provision of the city, county or state law shall apply. Wherever there is a discrepancy between minimum standards set forth in these regulations and those contained in the city zoning ordinance, Building Code or other official regulations, the highest standard shall apply.
