In order that land in the County of Jessamine and City of Wilmore may be subdivided in accordance with the policy set forth herein, these regulations governing the subdivision of land are hereby adopted in accordance with the following § 153.002, and shall be known and may be cited as the Subdivision Regulations, Jessamine County-Wilmore, Kentucky, and shall be referred to hereafter as "subdivision regulations" or "this chapter."
