All precious metals dealers shall furnish to the Jessamine County Sheriff’s Department each day by 11:00 a.m. a copy of the completed record form for all transactions which took place during the preceding day. It shall be the duty of any precious metals dealer to allow any member of the Jessamine County Sheriff’s Department to examine and inspect the records required above, and if sufficient information cannot be gained from inspection of the records, it shall be the duty of any precious metals dealer to permit and allow the officer to examine any and all such articles still in their possession.
