Each sexually oriented business prior to opening shall pay a fee of $200 to the County Occupational License Fee office for the costs incurred by the county for inspecting the business for full compliance with this chapter and shall thereafter pay $200 per annum in addition to the regular county occupational license fee for the cost of continuing inspections.
