§ 93.15 THISTLE ERADICATION.
   The Fiscal Court finds, based upon the hearing on Canadian and nodding thistles, that thistles are declared a threat in the county and that the State Department of Agriculture be requested for assistance to eradicate thistles in the county pursuant to state law and all other applicable law.
