(A) Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is provided shall be subject to the terms of § 10.99.
(B) (1) Any person who violates any provisions of this chapter shall be fined for each offense a sum of not less than $100 and not more than $250 for each offense.
(2) Any person shown willfully or knowingly violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined for each offense a sum of not less than $250 and not more than $500 with possible jail time.
(3) Each day of violation of any provision of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense.
