§ 92.39 NOTICE OF VIOLATION.
   Except where a person is acting in good faith to comply with an abatement order issued pursuant to § 93.38, violation of any provision of this chapter shall be cause for a uniform citation to be issued by the designated Enforcement Officer or other responsible enforcement official according to procedures which the designated Enforcement Officer may prescribe.
