§ 132.01 SALE TO MINORS.

(A) No person under 21 years of age shall purchase any cigarette, cigar, smokeless tobacco, other tobacco product, electronic cigarette, or alternative nicotine product in any of its forms.

(B) No person under 18 years of age shall possess any of the products listed in division (A) above.
