(A) Penalty. Any person, firm or corporation who constructs any public improvements or portion thereof in violation of the provision of this chapter shall be, upon conviction, fined not more than $500 for each offense, and each day of the continued violation shall constitute a separate additional violation.
(B) Fines. Any person who shall sell or offer for sale, lease or offer for lease, while this chapter is in effect, any lot or block or blocks, within the area of jurisdiction of the county, or any re-subdivision of any block or lot therein, before all of the requirements of this chapter have been complied with, shall be fined not less that $25 nor more than $500 for each lot, block or part thereof so sold, offered for sale, leased or offered for lease.
