§ 32.05 AGREEMENTS WITH OTHER POLITICAL SUBDIVISIONS.

The coordinator of ESDA may negociate mutual aid agreements with other counties or political subdivisions of the state, but no such agreement shall be effective until it has been approved by the County Board and by the State Director of ESDA.
