A certain document, one copy of which is, and has been on file in the office of the County Board of the County of Jersey for more than 30 days prior to the adoption of this subchapter, being marked and designated as the International Mechanical Code, 2018 edition, including Appendix Chapters A, Combustion Air Openings Chimney Connector Pass-Throughs (see International Mechanical Code Section 101.2.1, 2018 edition), as published by the International Code Council, be and is hereby adopted as such in the state for regulating and governing the design, construction, quality of materials, erection, installation, alteration, repair, location, relocation, replacement, addition to, use or maintenance of mechanical systems as herein provided; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, conditions and terms of said Mechanical Code on file in the office of the County Board are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this subchapter, with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes, if any, prescribed in § 150.031.
