§ 131.05 OPERATION.

The terms and provisions of this chapter shall be in addition to, not in substitution for or in replacement of, any provisions, laws or regulations concerning truancy (including, but not limited to, 105 ILCS 5/26-7 through 5/26-8(b), 5/26-10, and 5/26-11), except that this chapter shall supersede any and all truancy ordinances previously enacted by the County Board.
