§ 130.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Generally. Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.

   (B)   Cannabis.

      (1)   Generally. Any person who violates § 130.01 shall pay a fine of $200 plus court costs.

      (2)   Unlawful possession of cannabis under 21 years of age; penalties.

         (a)   First offense.

            1.   Fine of not more than $200 plus court costs; and

            2.   Six hours of community service work.

         (b)   Second offense.

            1.   Fine of not more than $200 plus costs;

            2.   Twenty hours of community service work; and

            3.   Compete drug evaluation.

         (c)   Third offense.

            1.   Fine of not more than $200 plus costs;

            2.   Thirty hours of community service work; and

            3.   Complete drug evaluation and recommended treatment.

   (C)   Any person who violates § 130.03 shall pay a fine of $200 plus court costs.
