§ 111.41 INSPECTION REPORT.
   Whenever an inspection of an establishment is made, the finding shall be recorded on a standardized inspection report form pursuant to 77 Ill. Adm. Code 750. One copy of the completed inspection report will be furnished to the license holder or his or her agent at the time of the inspection. If violations of this chapter exists, the inspection report shall serve as official notice to the license holder that the establishment is in violation of the provisions of this chapter. The completed inspection report form shall specify the violations found by the Health Officer, and shall establish a reasonable time period within which said violations must be corrected.
