§ 111.41 INSPECTION REPORT.
   Whenever an inspection of an establishment is made, the finding shall be recorded on a standardized inspection report form pursuant to 77 Ill. Adm. Code 750. One copy of the completed inspection report will be furnished to the permit holder at the time of the inspection. If violations of this chapter exist, the inspection report shall serve as official notice to the permit holder that the establishment is in violation of the provisions of this chapter. The completed inspection report form shall specify the violations found by the Health Officer, and shall follow the county Health Department’s Compliance and Enforcement Procedures.
