§ 111.23 PERMIT FEES.
   Annual permit fees may be assessed on each permitted establishment and collected by the Health Officer and deposited into the Health Department Fund. Fees shall be based on a schedule determined by the County Board of Health. Permit fees shall be non-refundable once a permit has been issued by the Health Officer.
