Any person desiring to operate a food service establishment, retail food store or temporary food establishment must comply with existing county zoning provisions, where applicable, and shall make written application for a license on forms provided by the Health Department. Any applicant who is not a resident of the county must designate a managing agent or registered agent who is a resident, and upon whom service may be made.
