(A) In addition to those provisions set forth herein, this chapter hereby adopts by reference the current edition and subsequent revisions of the following:
(1) State Department of Public Health Food Code, 77 Ill. Adm. Code 750 and the most current version of the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) Food Code adopted by Illinois;
(2) Food Handling Regulation Enforcement Act, 410 ILCS 625;
(3) Bed and Breakfast Act, 50 ILCS 820/1 et seq.; and
(4) Jersey County Health Department Food Program Compliance and Enforcement Policy.
(B) Three copies of each shall be on file with the office of the County Clerk.
