§ 93.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person, firm or corporation who violates any portion of this chapter shall, upon conviction in the County Circuit Court, be subject to a fine of up to $500 for each violation. Each day that such violation exists shall constitute a separate offense. This county may also seek injunctive relief for an order compelling abatement of the violation. All monies collected from fines under this chapter shall go to the General Fund of the county for use to defray the county and Health Department costs of investigating and abating nuisances as defined in this chapter.
   (B)   Violation of § 93.03(N) by possession, distribution or use of K2 or said products shall be punishable by a fine of up to $100 and incarceration of up to 30 days in jail for the first offense, and up to $750 and up to 30 days in jail for the second and each subsequent offense.
