The county will pay for:
(A) All utility usage charges for electricity, natural gas and water used at the facility;
(B) All food, litter, cleaning and euthanasia supplies;
(C) Trash dumpster rental;
(D) Freezer rental or purchase; and
(E) Costs of disposal of euthanized animals.
