(A) The County Highway Engineer has determined that the placement of certain stop signs is necessary for the protection of those traveling through the county.
(B) The County Highway Engineer has further determined that the particular placement of the following stop signs is the least restrictive means available to control traffic while protecting those traveling county highways, pursuant to the Illinois Department of Transportation Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices for Streets and Highways.
(B) New stop signs shall be purchased installed and maintained at the following locations, requiring traffic to stop at said locations:
(1) Beatty Mound Road, northbound, and Crystal Lake Road, westbound;
(2) North Centennial Road, westbound, at the intersection with Costello Road;
(3) Oak Rest Road, northbound, at the intersection with Prairie Dell Road;
(4) Red Oak Lane, westbound, at the intersection with Lageman Lane; and
(5) Stone Circle Drive, northbound, at the intersection with Delhi Road.
