§ 70.01 PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION.
   (A)   The county shall hereby provide public transportation within the county or counties limits.
   (B)   The County Board Chairperson is hereby authorized and directed by the County Board to execute and file on behalf of the county a grant application to the State Department of Transportation.
   (C)   The County Board Chairperson is hereby authorized and directed by the County Board to execute and file on behalf of the county all required grant agreements with the State Department of Transportation.
