(A) In addition to the penalties, sanctions and remedies described in this chapter, the county hereby declares that any violation of this chapter is a threat to its public water supply and constitutes a public nuisance. The county shall be empowered to punish, abate or remedy such nuisances as otherwise provided by law.
(B) In addition to the penalties, sanctions and remedies described in this chapter, the placement of new potential primary source, new potential secondary source or new potential route within the minimum setback area in violation of § 51.03(A) in unlawful, and such person shall be liable to the county for a fine of $500 per day for each day such placement continues.
(C) In addition to the penalties, sanctions and remedies described in this chapter, the placement of new potential primary source within the maximum setback area in violation of § 51.03(B) is unlawful, and such person shall be liable to the county for a fine of $500 per day for each day such placement continues.
