§ 51.05 EXCLUSION.

(A) Section 51.03(A) shall not apply to new common sources of sanitary pollution as specified pursuant to 415 ILCS 5/17 of the Act and the regulations adopted thereunder by the Agency.

(B) However, no such common sources may be located within the applicable maximum distances from a community water supply well specified in Appendix A.
